Returns are subject to the following terms:
If you are unhappy with a product supplied by mail order you may return it for a full refund within 14 days.
Returns must be of the exact same condition as received including all paperwork and
packaging.
You must contact us by email or phone to obtain a returns authorisation number which must be included with the return package
The customers is responsible to ensure the returned item is packed adequately and sent by an insured method
We will not be responsible for items lost in the post while being returned.
All mail order products are sent by an insured method and will usually require a signature upon receipt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have checked the product before signing and if damaged sign accordingly.
Damage discovered after a satisfactory signature is not covered by our insurance and will therefore be rejected as a claim.

Products such as software or technical information supplied by download link cannot be refunded due to their nature, with the exception of incorrect or faulty supply, whereupon a replacement of the same product will be resent.
